Sunstone radiates the warmth of a summer afternoon. What makes it truly unique is its aventurescence: thousands of tiny metallic inclusions, mainly hematite or goethite, catch the light and reflect it in showers of golden and coppery sparkles, as if the stone contained its own rays of sunlight. Sunstone is a feldspar of the oligoclase or orthoclase family, formed in igneous and metamorphic rocks. Each JUMBO piece is a fragment of solidified light — a golden warmth concentrated over millions of years by the Earth.

Emotional and spiritual virtues — Sunstone is associated with authentic joy, radiant self-confidence and reconnection with the pleasure of living. It supports those who have forgotten the feeling of lightness — not superficially, but deeply, where life flows freely without the usual contractions of fear or doubt. Its warm, expansive vibration encourages letting go of guilt about taking up space, shining without apology, and seeing opportunities where obstacles once stood. Spiritually, sunstone is connected to solar energy in its most benevolent sense — the natural generosity of something that shines and warms without asking anything in return.

Legend — In Norse mythology, a legendary stone called sólarsteinn was used by Vikings to navigate through cloudy skies by locating the sun. Indigenous peoples of Oregon considered sunstones with coppery inclusions as gifts from the Great Spirit. In Hindu and Vedic traditions, golden, sparkling stones were associated with Surya, the sun god, carried to attract vitality, clarity and divine benevolence in daily life.

JUMBO orders require time for crafting, ranging from 2 to 3 weeks during peak periods. The photo is not contractual — each stone is unique, and its imperfections are a testament to its natural origin.
