Garnierite is a blend of nickel and magnesium silicates, giving it a range of hues from pale, almost mentholated green to deep emerald, often marbled with white or grey. It instantly evokes nature at its most alive — mosses after rain, young leaves in spring, a forest at dawn. Found mainly in New Caledonia, Madagascar and Zimbabwe, each JUMBO piece is a fragment of raw, generous nature with immediate visual softness.

Emotional and spiritual virtues — It is associated with growth, hope and abundance in all its forms. It is said to support those going through a period of renewal — after an ordeal, a loss, or a long stagnation — nurturing the capacity to begin again, to believe once more in one's own possibilities. Its gentle, invigorating vibration invites an openness to what is coming, a trust in the natural movement of life which, like nature itself, always finds its way toward the light. On a spiritual level, it encourages heart healing, self-generosity and reconnection with the simple joy of existing and growing.

Legend — Its name honours Jules Garnier, the French engineer who discovered it in New Caledonia in the 19th century while exploring nickel deposits. In Melanesian traditions, the green of the earth was sacred — a colour of fertility, life and connection to the ancestors. Garnierite, born in the heart of the island's red laterites, carried within it a promise of renewal, a return to the essential, and trust in the cycles of the earth.

JUMBO orders take time to craft — from 2 to 3 weeks in the busiest periods. The photo is non-contractual: each stone is unique, and its imperfections are the testimony of a natural stone.
