Lapis lazuli is a deep, celestial blue flecked with golden pyrite and veined with white calcite — a night sky scattered with stars. Each bead is subtly unique in its natural colour and patterning.
 
Emotional and spiritual virtues — It is associated with truth, insight and inner wisdom — said to support clear thinking, honest expression and a serene, contemplative state of mind. Its royal blue depth is felt as a calming, elevating presence.
 
Legend — Mined in Afghanistan for over six thousand years, lapis was ground into the ultramarine of Renaissance painters and set into the mask of Tutankhamun — the stone of the heavens.
 
Each necklace is made to order and requires 2 to 3 weeks of preparation during busier periods. The photo is not contractual — each necklace is unique and its imperfections are the mark of a natural stone. Sold alone, without a pendant — you may add pendants over time to compose your own talismans, according to your intuition.
