Peanut obsidian is dark volcanic glass scattered with soft grey spots — the mark of tiny mineral spheres caught as the lava cooled. Earthy and grounding, no two patterns are alike.
 
Emotional and spiritual virtues — It is regarded as a grounding, protective stone, said to steady the spirit, ease tension and gently draw one back to the earth.
 
The finish can be chosen: gold-plated or silver-plated brass.
